Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in North Carolina is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead operations and drive performance. The role offers base pay up to $65K on day one, a generous benefits package, and a substantial bonus potential tied to top-line sales growth.

The position requires a hands-on restaurant leader with drive-thru experience, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering fantastic food and customer service. Most shifts run 8a-8p or 11a-11p, five days a week.

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

• Experienced restaurant leader, current or very recent experience with drive-thru.
• Hands-on style of leadership

• Standard-driven to deliver fantastic food, value, and customer service
• Must be able to taste and handle all menu offerings
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. from the ground
