Job summary

An established fast food franchise in New Albany is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations and exceed customer expectations. The candidate will ensure that every shift achieves business goals while developing a successful team. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in Quick Service Hospitality, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quick Service Hospitality, preferably in high-volume food service.
• Flexibility to work 50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• HS Diploma or equiv & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer service focused.
