*JOB PURPOSE*: The AGM assists the General Manager in overseeing the entire restaurant operation. They help train, supervise, and coach Team Members and management to ensure perfect shift execution and Guest satisfaction.

*CORE JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES*

**Team**

• Conducts second interviews and schedules orientations.
• Conducts new Team Member orientations, including all associated paperwork.
• Enters new Team Members into Aloha and CTUIT systems.
• Ensures all Team Members complete onboarding 100%.
• Prepares and provides training schedules at orientation, only with certified WCTs.
• Completes and files all training paperwork after day 6.
• Follows up on training daily with signatures; strives for 100% completion of post-shift training meetings.
• Post-shift training meetings involve WCT and trainee; only done by Training Manager or General Manager.
• Completes position validation forms on day 6 unless additional days are needed.
• Develops Wing Certified Trainers across all restaurant sections.
• Maintains at least 2 WCTs per restaurant section, with submittal paperwork stored in an office binder.
• Keeps current roster with certification, evaluation dates, and next eval date.
• Conducts regular WCT meetings monthly and evaluations every 6 months.
• Oversees new menu rollouts and ServSafe training for WCTs.

**FOH Support Responsibilities**

• Adheres to company standards for tipped Team Members FOH support.
• Handles opening and closing duties for tipped employees.
• Manages task durations outside typical responsibilities, adjusting pay rates accordingly.

**Guest**

• Addresses and closes Guest complaints or Hot Alerts within 48 hours; submits Guest Comment forms.

**Quality Operations**

• Completes one full QSC quarterly.
• Manages non-McLane ordering.

**Sales & Profits**

• Enters invoices into CTUIT and manages Accounts Payable.

**Communication**

• Practices all noted communication skills.

**Direct Responsibilities**

• Ensures 100% training process adherence.
• Develops Wing Certified Trainers.
