Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hospitality or private club management experience.
  • High-volume banquet or event operations experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong financial, budgeting, and operational management abilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional member service.

  • Resolve member, guest, and employee concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor regulations, and club policies
  • Maintain operational procedures and written service standards
  • Coordinate special club events and departmental meetings
  • Step into the General Manager role when needed
