Cafe Zupas in Madison, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and mentor a developing team. You will coordinate front and back of house shifts, uphold guest service standards, and drive a culture of positivity and accountability.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of restaurant leadership, are available for a five‑day set schedule, and bring a growth-minded, self‑starter attitude. Benefits include paid time off, health coverage, and a defined career path.
