Cafe Zupas in Utah is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, front and back of house, and to lead a team with clear direction and feedback.

You will cultivate a culture of positivity, build guest relationships, and coordinate shifts to deliver organized, high‑quality service. The role offers a structured career path, extensive training, and a competitive benefits package.

• 2–5 years of leadership experience in restaurant or retail.
• Available to work a five‑day set schedule.
