Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGM IT) to join our accelerated development program. This role is designed to prepare you for the Assistant General Manager position as part of a nationwide growth strategy.

You will work closely with a Certified Trainer to learn daily operations, drive results from performance data, coach teams, and support staffing and employee relations while developing basic mechanical and facility maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience supervising shifts or managing people.
• Ability to lead teams in high-volume service operations.
• Strong coaching, feedback, and development skills.
• Organizational skills to manage fast-moving settings.

Responsibilities

You are a great fit for the Assistant General Manager in Training position if you:

• Bring proven leadership experience — at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer facing environment.
• Understand high-volume retail or service operations, including how to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Take initiative and lead by example, modeling our values while driving performance, motivation, and accountability on your team.
• Excel at coaching and developing others, giving clear feedback, building confidence, and helping team members grow into new responsibilities.
