Mister Car Wash is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGMIT)—an accelerated development program designed to prepare you for the Assistant General Manager role. You will work with an experienced Certified Trainer to learn daily operations, staffing, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This program emphasizes hands-on leadership, performance coaching, and decision-making with a focus on customer experience and facility standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising a team in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations.
• Demonstrates initiative and leads by example with accountability.
• Skilled in coaching and developing others with constructive feedback.
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Enjoys working with people and thrives outdoors in various weather.
• Eager to grow into a leadership role at a nationwide, people-first company.

Candidates must be comfortable with a commute of approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Available locations will be discussed during the interview process, as assignments are based on business needs and location availability at the time of hire.
