Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants in Las Vegas is hiring an Assistant General Manager with a track record of 2+ AGM years in full-service dining. This role focuses on leading day-to-day operations, staff development, and guest service excellence across multiple sites.

You will partner with the GM on budget, training, recruiting and ensuring a culture of caring, while managing costs and sustaining strong guest experiences with a hands-on leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years of AGM experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Skilled in leading and developing teams.
• Experienced with inventory and BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
• Assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties; support financials / statements; assist GM with customer service inquiries.
• Organize, run and supervise opening and closing shifts, ensuring guest and employee experience.
• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams; foster a caring culture.
• Respond to guest and employee needs and feedback promptly.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and meeting financial goals.
• Collaborate with GM to interview, hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff.
• Perform inventories of food/beverage and track high-cost items; place orders and inspect deliveries.
• Promote teamwork across all teams.
• Use tact and good judgment with guests, vendors, and employees.
• Work variety of days/shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends; travel as needed.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and ad hoc inventories of food, beverage and restaurant supplies and track high cost items; place food, beverage and restaurant supply orders; and accept and inspect deliveries
• Model and promote teamwork across all teams
• Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
• Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
• Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds

Salary Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $90,000.00 /Yr.
