Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants in Las Vegas is hiring an Assistant General Manager for Eiffel Tower at the Paris Las Vegas. The role requires 5+ years of restaurant management and 2+ years AGM experience in a full-service setting.

You will oversee daily operations, staff development, scheduling, budgeting, and guest service to ensure a premier guest experience. We offer competitive compensation, quarterly bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage and retirement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years of AGM experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Experience with inventory and BOH systems.
• Strong in cost controls, training and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day restaurant operations run smoothly.
• Assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties; assist with financials / statements and support the GM with customer inquiries.
• Organize, run and supervise opening and closing shifts for exceptional guest and employee experience.
• Provide leadership to hourly and management teams and foster a Culture of Caring.
• Respond to guest and employee needs promptly and professionally.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and achieving financial goals.
• Interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all BOH employees as needed.
• Conduct inventories of food and beverage; place orders and inspect deliveries; promote teamwork across teams.
