McDonald’s Lafayette, LA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, lead a team to deliver great service, and help drive performance.

You will supervise staff, ensure food quality and safety, manage inventory and scheduling, and participate in community initiatives while upholding company standards.
