Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Kennesaw, GA to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold exceptional hospitality. You will coach a diverse team, oversee payroll and scheduling, manage inventory and quality, and ensure compliance with local health and safety codes while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, actionable coaching, and a hands-on approach to maintaining Shake Shack’s high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations and champion hospitality.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast‑paced environment
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours
