Job summary

Taco Bell in Kalispell, MT is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards, leading by example, and coaching a team to deliver fast, friendly service.

You'll manage daily operations, maintain food safety, recruit and train staff, handle cash controls, and contribute to profitability. Competitive salary $57,000–$60,000 with benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be ServSafe certified.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant/retail management with P&L responsibility.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic business math skills.
• Willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great employee experience; train and coach the team for operational excellence.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by modeling Success Routines and prioritizing customer needs.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in GM's absence.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Participate in Profit & Loss management including cash control, security procedures, inventory and labor.
