Job summary

LUV Car Wash in Inglewood, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support site operations, lead a winning team, and grow into the next leader driving our mission forward.

You will direct daily operations, ensure safety protocols, manage customer service, and assist with recruiting and training. This role requires strong communication skills and MS Office proficiency. We offer benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Direct cars into the wash tunnels.
• Carry out visual inspections of vehicles before sending to the tunnel.
• Perform cleaning of facility and keep organized.
• Monitor inventory and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Follow cash management procedures including daily reconciliations.

General Summary Of Duties

Physical Demands

• Occasional prolonged periods of walking/standing.
• Physical ability to move equipment and tools as needed.
• Must be able to lift min 30 pounds.
• Work in extreme weather.
• Work in a wet environment and wear PPE correctly throughout the day.

Essential Functions

• Direct cars into the wash tunnels.
• Carry out visual inspections of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the tunnel.
• Perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is organized and kept in the appropriate place.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Properly address all customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
• Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company's mission.
• Follow standard procedures for cash management to include daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.

Education

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• A minimum of year (1) year of car wash experience is required.
