Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced (but fun!), clean, cook-to-order environment? Are you motivated by the opportunity to earn a weekly bonus and electronic tips that increase your hourly rate by $2.00 or more? Position starts at $18.00 an hour + electronic tips making the potential hourly rate $20.00 an hour or more.

If you have up to 2-3 years of current fast-casual dining experience as an Assistant Manager and open availability, then this is the job for you!

Assistant General Manager Job requirements:

• 2-3 current years as an Assistant General Manager in a restaurant setting
• Energetic people who love to work in a fun-filled and high-energy atmosphere
• Genuine employees who can offer the Five Guys Experience
• Must be able to SMILE at all times, especially at the register during order taking!
• Reliable transportation
• Valid State Motor Vehicle Operations Driver's License and good driving record
• Punctual and Good Attendance
• Flexibility to work day, mid, night AND weekend hours
• Ability to multi-task and move at a fast pace
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation in a positive and collective manner
• Serve Safe Certified
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel and other operating computer software systems
• Must be able to operate a cash register
• Safe Knowledge of basic mathematical skills including cash handling policies and procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional Employee Relation Skills both communication and written
• High sense of energy and dedication to customer service principles and team building
• Maintain strong track record of leadership or managerial skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are necessary
• Requires frequent standing, walking, bending stooping, twisting, lifting products and supplies weighing 50 pounds, repetitive hand and wrist motion.
