For nearly 80 years, our family has cooked whole hog barbecue over wood coals because we believe quality is earned, not rushed.

Sam Jones BBQ was founded in 2015 as an extension of the historic Skylight Inn BBQ. Our Winterville management team has remained together for nearly the entire ten years we've been open. We're looking for one exceptional leader to join that team.

Not everyone is the right for this role. We're looking for someone who wants to protect a tradition - not simply manage a restaurant.
