Responsibilities

• Assist in directing and administering the restaurant's operational efforts, including financial results, safety, hospitality, quality, service and cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed according to SOPs and HR directives.
• Ensure guests are promptly and professionally served according to guidelines.
• Assist in the selection, training, direction, development and supervision of restaurant Team Members.
• Deliver restaurant services efficiently per company standards.
• Resolve customer questions and problems promptly and maintain good business relationships.
• Develop and coordinate staff and ensure training and efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate reports and records.
• Suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
• Maintain good relationships with restaurant and corporate personnel.

As a Assistant General Manager (AGM) you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in directing and administering the operational efforts of the restaurant including on-target financial results, safety and security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure established policies and procedures are followed according to standard operating procedures, human resource policies, and strategic directives.
• Ensures guests are promptly and professionally served according to Company’s guidelines.
• Assist in the selection, training, direction, development, and supervision of restaurant Team Members.

Additional Responsibilities include:

• Restaurant services are efficiently and effectively delivered in accordance with established Company policies and standards.
• Good business relationships exist with customers and their questions and problems are promptly resolved.
• Restaurant personnel are developed and well-trained and efficient, and their activities well-coordinated.
• Required reports and records are accurate and timely.
• Suggestions are provided for improved efficiency or effectiveness in operations.
• Good working relationships exist with restaurant and corporate personnel.
