Luna Grill is hiring an Assistant General Manager for our new Forney, TX location. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, lead front- and back-of-house teams, and uphold Luna Grill’s guest experience, food quality, and culture.

We offer a target annual rate of $57K–$65K with guaranteed overtime (50-hour week), quarterly bonuses, 401(k), and growth opportunities in a people-first environment. 3+ years in high-volume restaurant management preferred.

What You'll Do

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) you will be supporting the General Manager in ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. This role involves leading and developing team members, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding Luna Grill's high standards for guest experience, food quality, and team culture. The AGM supervises front- and back-of-house team members and is responsible for ensuring safety, compliance and hospitality excellence.

• Coach, train, and develop team members, providing feedback and guidance
• Assist with administrative tasks including payroll, inventory, and reporting
• Address guest concerns professionally and maintain a high level of hospitality
• Serve as Manager on Duty when GM is absent, overseeing the team and operations

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills; able to coach, motivate, and inspire.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset, handling concerns professionally.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) and operational decision-making.
• Tech-savvy with POS, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office.
