Job summary

Luna Grill is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our newest DT Dallas location. You will support daily restaurant operations, lead front- and back-of-house teams, and uphold Luna Grill’s standards for guest experience, food quality, and team culture.

With 3+ years in restaurant management in high-volume or fast-casual settings, you will coach staff, manage schedules, and assist with payroll and inventory while serving as Manager on Duty when needed.

• 3+ years restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment.
• Leadership and team development skills with ability to coach and inspire staff.
• Excellent guest service mindset and hospitality focus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) and operational decision-making.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) you will be supporting the General Manager in ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. This role involves leading and developing team members, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding Luna Grill’s high standards for guest experience, food quality, and team culture. The AGM supervises front- and back-of-house team members and is responsible for ensuring safety, compliance and hospitality excellence.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years restaurant management experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills; able to coach, motivate, and inspire.
• Excellent guest service and hospitality mindset, handling concerns professionally.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH) and operational decision-making.
• Tech-savvy with POS, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office.
