Job summary

Luna Grill in California, Texas, and Arizona seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a high-performing restaurant team. You’ll coach and inspire both FOH and BOH, uphold hospitality standards, and oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and cost control.

We offer a target annual rate of $71k–$85k with guaranteed overtime, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and holidays).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience required.
• Comfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• Guest-obsessed with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing restaurant team while maintaining accountability and high standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Hire, train, and develop team members, building future leaders and strong bench strength.
• Work side by side with FOH & BOH teams, including cooking, prep, expo, catering, and service.
• Serve as the go-to leader for guest concerns, ensuring every guest feels valued.
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost oversight.
• Analyze operational reports and key metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with District Manager to execute strategic business initiatives and local restaurant priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• Tech savvy:POSsystems, schedulingtools, MicrosoftOffice; P&L experience a plus
• Valid Food Manager Certification(or ability to obtain)
