Wage: $19.50 - $21.60 per hour

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: assist the General Manager in ensuring smooth restaurant performance, staffing, and efficiency.
• Train & lead the team: guide, mentor, and motivate employees to uphold high standards of service and teamwork.
• Enhance guest experience: address guest concerns professionally, ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.
• Manage inventory & financials: assist with inventory tracking, cash handling, and financial reporting to support profitability.
• Maintain safety & compliance: uphold health and safety standards while fostering a clean and organized workspace.
