As the Assistant General Manager, you will be assigned to assist the General Manager in the operation of the hotel as efficiently as possible. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Hiring and training qualified staff to produce the highest level of guest satisfaction, confidence, and prestige in the service and quality of the hotel.
2. Following and enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
3. Remaining competitive in every area and achieving budgetary goals.
4. Maintaining high employee morale.
5. Supervising and participating in the operations of the hotel to achieve desired sales and profit goals.
6. Working with guests, potential guests, and community leaders.
7. Maintaining the highest ethical standards of operation and quality of services and facilities for the hotel.
8. Ensuring good working relationships with all departments by overseeing and guiding staff through open communication and hands-on participation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
