Job summary

Skyline Chili is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Covington, KY to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest service, training, and teamwork, ensuring on-target financial results and adherence to SOPs.

You will supervise and develop restaurant Team Members, foster a positive, hospitality-focused culture, resolve guest concerns promptly, and partner with corporate and restaurant staff to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities
