Job summary

Lifestyle Communities (LC) seeks an Assistant General Manager for The Goat in Columbus, OH. This on-site leadership role supports the General Manager to oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, quality food, and safety compliance.

You will lead Front of House and Back of House teams, supervise schedules, train staff, and maintain performance aligned with LC's values of performance, communication, quality, teamwork and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or similar area.
• ServSafe certification required.
• TABC certification where applicable.
• 2+ years leadership experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
