Job summary

Convive Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Claremont, CA location. You will support the general manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes team leadership, schedule adherence, and food-safety compliance, with opportunities to grow across Convive Brands’ portfolio including California Pizza Kitchen and Little Beet. This on-site position offers daytime hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with P&L, forecasting, inventory, and cost controls preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems (Toast, Clover or similar) is required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
