Job summary

Convive Brands in Claremont, CA, operates LPQ USA LLC and seeks a restaurant leader to support the General Manager and oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring consistent, exemplary service from opening to closing. The role emphasizes a sustainable pace and team development within daytime hours.

Candidates should have 2+ years of restaurant management experience, P&L/forecasting experience, and knowledge of Toast or Clover POS. Bilingual abilities (Spanish, French, or Arabic) are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with P&L, forecasting, inventory, and COGs is strongly preferred.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish, French, or Arabic) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support GM in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operation.
• Provide consistent execution and exemplary service to guests.
• Direct Front of House team to ensure opening, mid, and closing procedures are followed.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain a successful team; train and mentor staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; manage food safety checklists.
• Control food costs, troubleshoot issues, and assist with P&L, forecasts, and inventory.
