Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring in Massachusetts for a Restaurant General Manager role focused on leading and developing a high-performing team. You will manage inventory, quality, safety, and payroll while driving sales and profitability in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, hospitality, and financial acumen, with at least 3 years of GMS and P&L responsibility. Flexible hours and a dynamic, community-focused workplace are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GMS in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Operations knowledge: personnel management, purchasing, sanitation, safety codes.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop team members

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
• Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities
• Food handler certification, preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours
