Baskin-Robbins in Auburn, ME is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead a fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will supervise shift leaders and crew, deploy staff, and support daily store operations to meet goals and delight customers.

In this role you’ll develop your retail management skills, coach teammates, and work closely with the GM to drive growth and service excellence within the Dunkin’ family of brands.

Assistant General Managers (AGM's) are the primary support system for the General Manager. AGM's are constantly developing their retail management skills daily, focusing on their supervisory experience, coaching skills, and business acumen. AGM's primary focus includes:

• Crew deployment, drive thru performance, goal setting, communicating results, and red book execution

• Being a Team player who can jump in wherever needed
