The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our growing restaurant family in Athens, GA. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, foster a positive team culture, mentor staff, and engage with community partners to source premium ingredients.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably upscale.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to meet operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, inventory, and cost control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests, team, and partners.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements for Success:

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in an upscale environment.

• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and community partners.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
