Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead guest experiences, oversee daily operations, and drive outstanding service across our upscale restaurant concepts. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure financial discipline and impeccable food quality.

The ideal candidate has extensive restaurant management experience, a passion for hospitality, and a proven ability to mentor teams while maintaining brand standards and community relationships.

• 5+ years in restaurant management, upscale environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and meet operational goals.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, inventory, and cost controls.

Requirements for Success:

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in an upscale environment.
• Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and menu development.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with team members, guests, and community partners.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
