Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking an Assistant General Manager in California (Aliso Viejo) to keep all departments running, drive revenue on the floor, and own the shift when the GM is out. You will oversee bowling, arcade, F&B, bar, and events, ensuring top-tier guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will hire, train, and coach hourly teams, manage daily financials, and stay engaged during peak times including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, or high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to drive sales and operational performance across a multi-department environment.
• Experience training and developing department-level managers.
• A floor-first management style; you lead by being present, not by directing from a distance.
• Financial acumen including labor forecasting, cost control, and direct P&L impact.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
