Axos Bank is looking for an experienced Assistant General Counsel to oversee legal compliance and corporate governance. You will draft and negotiate contracts while providing strategic legal counsel on business projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in corporate legal department or law firm.
• Active bar membership in good standing, with no disciplinary history.
