Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school is required.
• Membership in Good Standing with The Florida Bar is required.
• Minimum three years progressively responsible experience as a licensed attorney.
• Experience in prosecution, defense, lawyer regulation, or a professional regulatory environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of legal principles, litigation practices, judicial ethics, and applicable laws.
• Ability to conduct investigations, analyze complex legal issues, and communicate effectively.
