Milan Laser Hair Removal seeks an Assistant General Counsel to join its in-house legal team. The role offers broad, hands-on practice across contract review, litigation support, and corporate entity management for a fast-growing national company.

You will work closely with the General Counsel and cross-functional partners, gaining ownership early in your in-house career while supporting a multi-state healthcare and consumer services business. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active law license with Nebraska bar admission preferred, or ability to reciprocity/waive within a reasonable timeframe.
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience in-house, law firm, or both.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of civil litigation processes and related procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, revise, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Support management of professional liability claims and related litigation.
• Maintain good standing and governance for Milan's corporate entities across states.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal guidance across operations, HR, marketing, and finance.
• Assist with special projects and identify process improvements within the Legal department.
