Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Montana bar licensure or admission to practice in Montana within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Advise on human resources, labor relations, fiscal matters, procurement and contracts.
• Represent the Department in related legal proceedings.
• Assist with legal research and prepare opinions, memoranda, and reports.
• Assist in litigation management and preparation of pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
