• Provide legal advice to UNT System and component institutions on diverse issues.
• Conduct legal research and prepare written and oral recommendations.
• Review policies, rules, and investigations for legal sufficiency and compliance.
• Support litigation deadlines and assist with discovery requests as needed.
• Advise on employment, student, risk management, regulatory, and compliance matters.
