What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Spearhead the transformation of the employer's legal support for global and regional procurement teams
- Lead and manage the contract strategy process throughout the entire contract lifecycle
- Serve as a trusted business partner to leaders of global and regional procurement teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in business and legal teams to ensure contract excellence and compliance
- Evolve the organizational culture to align with expectations for the global contract lifecycle program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of commercial/procurement contracting experience, with at least 3 years at a major law firm and 3 years at a major international corporation
- Juris Doctorate degree required
- Bar Administration in Good Standing
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to professionalism
