Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

In this critical role, you will provide legal counsel and strategic guidance on a broad range of healthcare and business matters. Responsibilities include advising on healthcare laws and regulations, negotiating and drafting contracts, supporting commercial transactions, addressing information technology and data use issues, and providing guidance on emerging artificial intelligence initiatives. You will also handle clinical service arrangements, physician practice acquisitions, HIPAA and privacy matters, corporate governance and organizational structuring, regulatory compliance, intellectual property issues, and patient care-related legal matters.
