What You’ll Do:
Lead Legal Projects: Oversee high-profile industry initiatives, including privacy agreements and roundtables through the IAB Legal Affairs Council.
Drive Thought Leadership: Write compelling articles and blog posts on cutting-edge legal issues impacting the digital ad world.
Public Speaking: Present at legal events and administer working groups to engage the industry.
Provide Expert Counsel: Guide business units on contract interpretation, privacy matters, and intellectual property concerns.
Contract Management: Draft and negotiate high-impact contracts, ensuring clear legal terms for members, customers, and data/IP licenses.
Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance matters for a dynamic, growing organization.
Solve Complex Legal Challenges: Handle nuanced legal issues with precision, and work collaboratively across teams to address critical matters.
Who You Are:
Experienced: You have 5-10 years of in-house law department or law firm experience, specializing in privacy law.
Passionate: Digital media and privacy law are your areas of expertise, and you're driven to help businesses navigate these evolving fields.
A Negotiator: You have a strong track record in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.
A Public Speaker: Confident and articulate, you thrive in public speaking and enjoy educating others on complex legal topics.
Tech-Savvy: You stay connected in the digital space and are proficient in Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and collaborative platforms.

Requirements:
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Membership in a qualifying state bar
Experience in privacy law and commercial contract negotiation
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
