We are seeking a service-minded Assistant Front Office Manager to lead and inspire our guest service team. This role involves training, supervising, and mentoring new hires, as well as interacting directly with guests to ensure excellent service. Leading by example is essential.

About You
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in an upper upscale or luxury hotel.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, leadership skills, and a proven track record in guest and team engagement, as well as financial performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
