Responsibilities include:

  1. Orchestrate and expedite the registration and checkout process at the front desk.
  2. Oversee the daily operation of the front desk.
  3. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, register guests into the computer, verify reservation, address, and credit information.
  4. Promote the Hilton Honors Program and provide recognition and benefits to members.
  5. Accept payments, maintain a house bank, make deposits, and report receipts daily.
  6. Supervise front desk agents, assign tasks, and ensure proper registration and checkout procedures.
  7. Provide ongoing training and support to front desk staff.
  8. Manage safety deposit boxes and post miscellaneous charges as requested.
