Job summary

Wegmans in Gambrills, MD is seeking motivated individuals for a structured six-month training program designed to prepare you for a Team Leader role. This full-time position requires flexible availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

You will manage employee performance, provide excellent customer service, address operational challenges, and coordinate activities to keep the store running smoothly. Mentorship is provided with a path to placement as a Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in food service, grocery, or retail preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
