Assistant Football Coach (Part-Time)

Location: Reading, PA Campus, 1621 N 13th St, Reading, Pennsylvania, United States of America

This part-time role involves assisting the head coach with daily operations, on-field coaching, recruiting, film analysis, skill development, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Assist the head coach with daily on-field coaching activities.
2. Recruit prospective student-athletes and evaluate their talent.
3. Coordinate recruiting communications and organize campus visits.
4. Manage academic sessions for student-athletes.
5. Upload, analyze game film, and prepare scouting reports.
6. Support program fundraising efforts.
7. Assist in planning and executing summer football camps.
8. Manage team social media pages.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Prerequisites:

• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills; familiarity with social media platforms.
• Skills: Playing and/or coaching football experience required; fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Employment Experience: Coaching experience at high school or college level.
• Education: College degree or equivalent required.
• Licenses: Driver’s license required.
