JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State Berks invites applications for the opening of part-time Assistant Men's Soccer Coach.

Penn State Berks is an NCAA Division III institution and a member of the United East Conference. Please visit www.psuberksathletics.com for more information about the athletics and recreation program.

The Assistant Men's Soccer Coach will be responsible for assisting the head coach with aspects of the men's soccer program, which may include recruiting and coaching during practice and competition, and will report to the Director of Athletics through the head coach.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous playing and/or coaching experience and availability for practice and competition are required.

  • Outdoor Activities: May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.

BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES

This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
