Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of coaching or competing experience.
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to pass a background check and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license and good driving record.
• Self-starter with the ability to perform with little or no supervision.
• Regular, prompt attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with coordination of all phases of the NJCAA Division I athletic program.
• Recruitment: identify prospective student athletes and communicate effectively; conduct on-campus visits; demonstrate success in recruiting.
• Organization: manage program organization, time, practices, travel, and scouting reports; ensure compliance with meetings, statistics, rosters, schedules and awards.
