Summary

HCC Football is searching for various full-time coaching positions. Preference given for Offensive Coordinator/O-Line experience.

• Attend and participate in in-service training provided by the Head Coach.
• Be familiar with and follow the policies of Highland Community College, the NJCAA, and the Kansas Community College Conference.
• Attend all practices and home and away contests in the Football Program.
• Teach sportsmanship and set an example of good moral and physical behavior.
• Teach fundamentals, techniques, etc., as directed by the Head Coach.
• Assist the Head Coach in performing assigned responsibilities.
• Assist with driving responsibilities to away contests.
• Assist with recruiting activities as directed.
• Be loyal to the Head Coach and his/her program.
• Participate in and support the Rules, Mission, and initiatives of the HCC Athletic Department and Athletic Director.

Bachelor's degree required. Related experience and/or training desired. Computer experience desired. Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record with no major infractions in the past five years.
