Job Summary
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is seeking an experienced Body Shop Helper/Porter to provide support for their auto body shop. This is a full time, hourly technician/skilled labor/contractor role based in Waterford Twp, Michigan.

Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation of $14 to $17 per hour, paid weekly. Additional benefits include paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave, and health benefits.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role are:
• Assisting in auto body shop repairs
• Operating basic shop equipment as needed
• Moving vehicles in and out of the shop
• Monitoring and replenishing shop supplies
• Removal of parts from automobiles
• Cleaning of cars
• Keeping work area and equipment clean and orderly
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements
• 3+ years of automotive body shop experience is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
