Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail or management experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Food Service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel & Outlook.
• Experience with POS and transaction devices such as kiosks, printers, tickets, touch screens.

Responsibilities

• Assist Food Service Manager and cover duties in their absence.
• Manage product offerings across Jerky, Smoked Meats, Sausage, BBQ, Bakery, Sandwiches, Grab and Go, Tacos, Burritos, Hot Dogs.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with foodservice laws and employment standards.
• Supervise food service staff and maintain safety and quality.
• Complete foodservice operating reports accurately.
• Maintain safety rules and interact with team and customers.
