Position Title:
The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Montana State Hospital.
The Assistant Food Service Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the food production function at Montana State Hospital over the weekends when the manager is not on campus. This work includes planning and implementing food preparation assignments, requisitioning supplies, evaluating quality and safety standards and supervising food production personnel.

Required for the first day of work:
Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety regulations; familiarity with all relevant food safety and sanitation laws and regulations.
Strong knowledge of principles and procedures for instructing and supervising individuals and small groups.
Knowledge of mathematical computations.
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):
Experience in healthcare food services highly preferred.
