Ideal candidates have background in food service or hospitality, supervisory experience preferred, and a willingness to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or dietary operations.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Healthcare or long-term care setting experience a plus.
• Associate degree preferred; relevant certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Service Director with daily dietary and food service operations.
• Ensure meals meet quality, presentation, and nutritional standards.
• Support staff training, supervision, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory, purchasing, deliveries, and storage.
• Maintain sanitary kitchen and dining environments and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
